Terms of Use
Effective date: 21 October 2026 · Last updated: 21 October 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and SILKBYTE LLC, registered address 32 Oqibat Street, Ipakchi Mahalla, Tashkent, Uzbekistan (“we”, “us”, “our”), about the Pimu: Coloring for Kids app (the “App”) and its content.
- For parents. The App is made for children to use under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian accepts these Terms on the child’s behalf and is responsible for the child’s use of the App and for all purchases. If you are under the age of majority where you live, do not accept these Terms yourself.
- Acceptance. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
- Other documents. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. Your use of the App Store or Google Play is also governed by the terms of Apple or Google. If these Terms conflict with mandatory store rules about purchases, the store rules prevail.
- Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
2. The App
- What it is. The App is a coloring app for children aged 2–7. It includes free content and paid content such as coloring packs, pictures, colors, tools, sounds, music and the Pimu character.
- Offline use. The App works offline. An internet connection is needed only to buy or restore purchases and, if we add them in the future, to download new packs.
- Devices. The App needs a compatible device and operating system, as listed in the store. We do not guarantee that the App will work on every device or operating system version.
3. Your license
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install and use the App and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may use it on devices you own or control, as allowed by the store’s usage rules, including Family Sharing where available.
You must not, and must not let others:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the App or its content, except as these Terms allow;
- decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the App, except to the extent the law permits this despite this restriction;
- extract pictures, line art, images of Pimu, sounds or other content from the App;
- bypass the parental gate, purchase verification or any technical protection;
- use the App or its content commercially, for example to sell printed coloring pages or to use them in paid classes or products, without our written permission;
- use the App’s content to build datasets or train machine-learning or AI models;
- use the App unlawfully or in a way that could harm the App, us or other people.
4. Pictures you color
- The line art, the Pimu character and the other content of the App belong to us or our licensors.
- What you may do with your colored pictures:
- save and print them;
- share them with family and friends;
- post them on personal social media for non-commercial purposes.
- What you may not do: sell your colored pictures, use them in products or advertising, or use them as a logo or trademark.
- We do not receive your pictures. They stay on your device and in your gallery.
- Parents decide whether to share a child’s pictures online. Please do not share personal information about your child together with them.
5. Free and paid content
5.1 Free content
Some content, for example the Pets pack, is free.
5.2 Coloring Club subscription
What it gives. The Coloring Club subscription is billed monthly or yearly. While it is active, it unlocks every pack in the App, including new packs added during the subscription.
Price and billing. The price and billing period are shown in the store before you confirm. Prices are in your local currency and include taxes where the store applies them. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
5.3 Free trial
Eligibility. We may offer new subscribers a free trial. Its length is shown before you confirm (currently 3 days). The store decides who is eligible, usually one trial per store account.
What happens when it ends. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically and you are charged. If you buy another subscription option during a trial, the unused part of the trial may end where store rules say so.
5.4 Automatic renewal and cancellation
Renewal. A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is made within 24 hours before the period ends.
How to cancel:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions;
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
After cancelling. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
5.5 Price changes and offers
- Price changes. We may change prices. The store will notify existing subscribers before a price increase applies to them and, where the law or store rules require it, will ask for consent. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the new price applies.
- Different prices. Prices may differ between countries. We may run introductory and promotional offers, and their conditions are shown before purchase.
5.6 Full Library (“Forever”)
What it is. Full Library is a one-time purchase. It unlocks every pack in the App today and every pack we add to this App in the future, with no time limit and no recurring payments.
What “Forever” means:
- the content you buy is not limited in time and you never pay for it again;
- it does not oblige us to keep offering or updating the App without end (see section 7);
- it applies to this App only, not to other Pimu apps, unless stated at purchase;
- it is tied to your store account and cannot be moved between Apple and Google.
5.7 Restoring purchases
You can restore purchases on a new device with the same store account using “Restore purchases” in the parents’ section.
5.8 Family Sharing
If Family Sharing is enabled for a product in the store, family members can use it under the store’s rules.
5.9 When a subscription ends
What you keep:
- the free content;
- all pictures you colored, which stay on your device. You can view and save them.
What you lose: you cannot continue coloring in paid packs until you subscribe again or buy the Full Library.
5.10 Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple or Google, and we cannot issue refunds directly.
To ask for a refund:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com;
- Google: under Google Play’s refund policy.
5.11 Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with similar laws, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal from contracts for digital content and services.
When you ask for paid content to be made available immediately, you agree that supply starts at once. You also acknowledge that, where the law allows, you lose the right of withdrawal for digital content once supply has started. The App Store and Google Play may still offer cancellation and refunds in line with your local law.
5.12 Parental gate and unauthorized purchases
The gate. Purchases are available only behind the parental gate.
Protecting your store account. Parents are responsible for it, for example by requiring a password or biometric confirmation for every purchase, or by using Ask to Buy or Google Family Link.
Purchases made by a child. If a child makes a purchase without permission, contact Apple or Google: they handle such refund requests.
6. Updates and content changes
What we may change. We may update the App, and add, change or remove features and content. We do this to improve the App, fix errors, protect security, or comply with the law or third-party rights. Some updates may be required to keep using the App.
Removing paid content. We will not remove paid content without a good reason. If a change materially and negatively affects paid content you have bought, you may have rights under consumer law, for example to end the contract and receive a proportionate refund through the store.
Availability. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
7. If we stop offering the App
We may stop offering the App or releasing updates. If we do:
- we will give at least 30 days’ notice where reasonably possible;
- we will stop charging for subscriptions;
- we will take reasonable steps so that buyers of the Full Library can keep using the content already on their device, for as long as their device and operating system support the App.
The App may stop being available for download.
8. Safety and supervision
No chat, no ads. The App has no chat and no ads, and links that lead outside the App are behind the parental gate.
Screen time. Parents decide how long and when children use the App. We recommend regular breaks.
Photosensitivity. A very small number of people may have seizures when exposed to certain visual patterns or flashing lights. The App uses bright colors and gentle animations, such as confetti, but no rapid flashing. If your child has epilepsy or a history of seizures, consult a doctor before use, and stop using the App if any symptoms appear.
9. Intellectual property
What belongs to us. The App and its content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws to the extent they apply. This covers:
- the pictures and line art;
- the Pimu character and name, and the logos;
- the sounds, voice and music;
- the code and design.
Trademarks. “Pimu” and the Pimu character are our trademarks, registered or unregistered.
No other rights. These Terms give you no rights other than the license in section 3.
Open source. The App includes open-source components and fonts, such as the Nunito font under the SIL Open Font License. They are used under their own licenses, listed under “Licenses” in the parents’ section.
10. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you.
11. Third-party services
The App relies on services of Apple, Google and RevenueCat. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services, and we are not responsible for them.
12. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind beyond those that the law does not allow us to exclude.
If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights and guarantees, for example the right in the EU and the UK to digital content that conforms to the contract.
13. Limitation of liability
Indirect losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits.
Lost pictures. We are also not liable for losing colored pictures that are stored only on your device, for example after deleting the App, resetting or losing the device. Save pictures you want to keep to your gallery.
Liability cap. Our total liability for all claims related to the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50.
What this does not limit:
- liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct;
- any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
EU and UK consumers. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
14. Termination
- By you. You can stop using the App at any time and delete it. Subscriptions are cancelled separately in the store (section 5.4).
- By us. We may suspend or end your license if you seriously breach these Terms, for example through piracy, bypassing purchase protection or commercial exploitation. This does not affect your statutory rights. If we end the license without cause during a paid period, you are entitled to a refund as the law provides.
- What survives. Sections 4, 9, 12, 13, 17 and 19 continue to apply after termination.
15. Additional terms for the Apple App Store
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you and we acknowledge the following.
Who is responsible.
- These Terms are concluded between you and us only, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”).
- We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
- We, not Apple, are solely responsible for maintenance and support of the App. Apple has no obligation to provide them.
Scope of the license. Your license is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The App may also be used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
Warranty. We are responsible for any product warranties not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
Claims.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing your claims and those of third parties relating to the App or your possession and use of it. This includes product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If a third party claims that the App or your possession and use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
Legal compliance. You represent that:
- you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country;
- you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third-party terms. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.
Third-party beneficiaries. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
16. Additional terms for Google Play
If you downloaded the App from Google Play, purchases are also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service and Google Play’s payment and refund policies. Google is not responsible for the App or its content.
17. Governing law and disputes
Talk to us first. Please contact us first: most problems can be solved quickly. We will try to resolve any complaint within 30 days.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Consumers abroad. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or another country whose consumer protection laws cannot be excluded by contract:
- you also benefit from those mandatory laws;
- you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
Other disputes. Otherwise, disputes are decided by the competent courts of Tashkent, the Republic of Uzbekistan.
18. Changes to these Terms
How we announce changes.
- We may update these Terms and will publish the new version with its date.
- For material changes, we will notify you in advance, at least 30 days where reasonably possible, in the App’s parents’ section or in the store release notes.
Accepting changes. If you keep using the App after the changes take effect, you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the App and cancel your subscription. Changes do not apply to disputes that arose before them.
19. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the App.
- Severability. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, we do not waive it.
- Assignment. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, transfer of the App to another company in our group, or a sale of the business. Your rights will not be reduced, and we will notify you. You may not transfer your rights without our consent.
- Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Language. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails unless the law requires otherwise.
